TICKETING
The following terms and conditions apply when using The Old Museum online ticketing system. By using this system you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, do not use the system.
1. The following conditions are for sale and attendance at the event: There are NO REFUNDS on any ticket except as required by law.
2. The right of admission is reserved by the box office staff at the venue.
3. Admittance to customers bearing tickets purchased online at a discount price (such as student, pensioner, and concession) will only be upon production to box office staff of relevant ID on the night of the performance. Failure to produce appropriate ID may result in the patron being charged full price for their ticket.
4. If the event is cancelled by the promoter or the venue, then full refund will be available less box office handling costs.
5. Latecomers will not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the program.
6. Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.
7. Subject to availability, tickets will be available for purchase at the box office one hour prior to each performance.
8. Every patron must have a valid ticket.
9. By clicking the “Finalise Order” button, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions of sale, including the refund and exchanges sections. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.
10. The Old Museum assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure and reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the program should the need arise.

COMPANION CARD RECOGNITION
The Old Museum Venue Management Team acknowledge the important support offered by carers. Any carer with a current companion card should call the Box Office on (07) 3741 7957 to purchase client tickets and obtain a free companion ticket.

ALL AGES EVENTS
U18s welcome at all ages events, no alcohol service. Under 14’s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. NO PASSOUTS once patrons have entered venue.

GETTING HERE
The Old Museum is located 0.6 km north of the Fortitude Valley Railway station along Brunswick Street.
Bus stop 7 is located directly outside of The Old Museum. For details of public transport to the venue, click here.
PARKING
There is no onsite patron parking at The Old Museum for events. Sites are kept strictly for cast and crew.
Check with the RNA or King Street parking stations for rates and information.
There is also metered street parking in Gregory Terrace, King Street and surrounding side streets.
If you bring a car it is recommended that you come early to allow enough time to travel and find a park, as there is NO parking on site.
