‘VIVA PAVAROTTI’ with brilliant Australian tenor Paul Ettore Tabone is part of the 4MBS Festival of Classics theme Celebrating the Art of Opera.
Experience the power and passion of Pavarotti - one of the greatest opera singers of all time with a special performance honouring his legacy.
Paul will be joined by baritone Jake Lyle fresh from starring in the Phantom of the Opera for Opera Australia’s Opera on the Harbour.
They will perform opera favourites that Pavarotti sang during his extra-ordinary career - Nessun Dorma and arias from La Boheme, Madama Butterfly, Tosca, Carmen and the wonderful duet from The Pearlfishers – In the Depths of the Temple.
Join Paul and Jake on this journey through some of opera’s greatest hits and celebrate the magic of Pavarotti with two of Australia’s greatest voices.
Paul Ettore Tabone, has performed to audiences across the globe including the National Opera of Bucharest, Teatro Carlo Felice, Teatro Del Giglio, Sydney Opera House, London’s West End and on Broadway.
